The Worksheet King doesn’t remember my activation code. I have Windows Vista installed on my computer.

How do I install The Worksheet King on my network?
I've installed The Worksheet King on my network, and when I run the program as administrator, it works fine. However, when other users try to use the program, the program won't work.
The Worksheet King doesn’t remember my activation code. I have Windows Vista installed on my computer.
You need to tell Vista to run The Worksheet King as an administrator. Complete the following:
- Right click on the program icon and select “Properties”.
- Click on the “Compatibility” tab on the new window.
- Tick “Run as administrator” near the bottom of the window.
- Click on “Okay”.
When you now run the program, you will be asked if you want to allow or deny The Worksheet King access to your computer as administrator. Click on “Allow” and the program will start correctly.

To install and run The Worksheet King with a single-user licence, you need to be logged in as a user with administrator privileges. If you are using someone else’s computer, they may have created a user for you that is “limited”. Limited users cannot install The Worksheet King.

After your 21 day free trial is over, you will need an activation key to use The Worksheet King. Your activation key will be e-mailed to you when you purchase The Worksheet King. We aim to deliver activation keys within two working days of ordering. In order to help protect our customers from fraud, activation keys will be sent to the e-mail address you entered when purchasing the product. If you have not received your activation key within two working days, please e-mail simon@happymongoose.co.uk to resolve the difficulty.
I've typed in my e-mail address and activation code, but I still can't access The Worksheet King.
Make sure that you are typing in your e-mail address and code exactly as they appear in your confirmation e-mail. In particular, make sure you have not added any spaces to the code or e-mail address. Remember, you must you the e-mail address that you entered when you purchased The Worksheet King. Your activation code will consist of groups of letters separated by dashes. Make sure you enter the dashes as well as the letters. To make sure the code is copied perfectly, you can try copying and pasting it from the confirmation e-mail - to do this, highlight the activation code in your e-mail program, right click, and select 'Copy'; now go back to The Worksheet King, right click on the activation code textbox, and select 'Paste'.

- Make sure you are using the latest version of The Worksheet King.
- Make sure that the short cut in your user's policy folder is running the program in the correct directory. To check, right click on the short cut, and select "Properties". Now look at the box labelled "Start In". This should be the installation directory on your server.
- You require a site licence to run The Worksheet King across a network.
