Entering student information
The Report King will now open the Class Editor. This is a grid where you can enter information about your children. The Report King will need to know their name, gender, and their level of ability for each subject.
The Class Editor looks like this.
Click the mouse over the first empty cell (the one just below the 'Forename' heading) and enter a student's forename. Notice that a hint balloon appears to tell you what kind of information can be entered into that particular cell.
For example:
Now enter your student's surname in the next cell along.
Now enter your student's gender. The only valid entries in this cell are 'm' for male, or 'f' for female. (Note that the hint balloon has been updated to give you this information.)
